300 stupid things TY did in a row
Date: 11/2/09 (Tues)
the PCB.....
measure the board n cut it out....
but classmates say it's better to cut the sticker side.....
den i'm like...
n throw the board into the developing/etching tank..............
but luckily it's saved by CH n the board is still usable for the time of exposing is not too long....
den i get a drill bit from the lab assistant...
when i 12 start drilling....
T.T..... n it leaves a big blister on my thumb....

okie... draw the pcb.....
print it on a tracing paper.....
the PCB.....
measure the board n cut it out....i cut the yellow side....
but classmates say it's better to cut the sticker side.....so i turn to the other side n cut....
after i make a small 'trench' by the pen knife for the board cutter...

ohhh goosshh...... but luckily the copper layer is not cut n the board still can be saved by the grinding machine....
10q PW the Pro for the cutting n YH for the grinding....

to transfer the pcb image onto the pcb by exposing it to the UV light....
placing the paper n the board into the UV light box....

after the exposing.... i open the box n take the board out of the room to my lab table....

i din bring all my components to the lab earlier today....
so i hav to do the solderings in my room...
i place the soldering gun on a stack of papers... n the papers on a cloth....

TY's USB Light
TY's mouse dah rosak.....
so i open up n see...
the left-click dah canot click la....i see the USB cable n the port still sui sui.....
den decided to cut out the USB cable....
2. Solder the USB cable wires.... n the super-bright LEDs on a drilled PCB.....
so wat i can do with the cable?
i alredi got a USB fan.... so now make a USB light..... kekkekekeek
last time saw senior Guey Wee did one for himself.... so now i try it out lo...
1. De-solder the USB cable....

ehh... one of the LEDs is not as bright as another one....
arrrgghhh... it costs me RM1 per super-bright LED !!!!
change another 1....
3. I can't find any iron wire in my house.... so temporary stick the cable to a straw.....
den TA DAAA~~~~~~~
the effect is not so good.... cuz the 2 LEDs r too near together... so the area of light is a bit small......

u can light up ur keyboard when there is no light lo.... easier for typing lo.....
