okie... draw the pcb.....
print it on a tracing paper.....
the PCB.....
measure the board n cut it out....
i cut the yellow side....
but classmates say it's better to cut the sticker side.....
so i turn to the other side n cut....
after i make a small 'trench' by the pen knife for the board cutter...
i turn to the other side....
ohhh noooo!!! the measurement is different !!!!!
ohhh goosshh...... but luckily the copper layer is not cut n the board still can be saved by the grinding machine....
10q PW the Pro for the cutting n YH for the grinding....
phewww.....
den gt the dark room...
to transfer the pcb image onto the pcb by exposing it to the UV light....
placing the paper n the board into the UV light box....
den CH comes in to see...
n he realizes that i din remove the white sticker for exposing....
oh goshh.. how can i forget this....
after the exposing.... i open the box n take the board out of the room to my lab table....
den CH looks n he's like.....
den i'm like...
he grabs my board n runs to the develope/etching room.....
n throw the board into the developing/etching tank..............
ohh goooshhh... how can i expose the board to light b4 the developing ??!!
n all my classmates is like...
but luckily it's saved by CH n the board is still usable for the time of exposing is not too long....
after developing...
n after etching....
nothing happens....
den gt the drilling room to drill all the holes...
den i get a drill bit from the lab assistant...
when i 12 start drilling....
i accidentally knock the bit with the thick wooden board for the drilling base....
n it broke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sh*T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she's like....
"y u broke it ~~~~~~~ i only left with one or two 0.8mm bits...... u see u see......"
den she opens bit box.... n i see there r still many 0.8mm bits inside.... -_-|||
n she gives me one....

ok... now the soldering.....
this time i do in lab... wont cause fire alredi... ekkekekekekeek.....
den do halfway... i ter-touch the soldering gun tip.......
n my thumb is cooked....
T.T..... n it leaves a big blister on my thumb....
hai......... 300 stupid stuff in a row.....
my life is so very miserable~~~~~~~~~~
