ICF is goin to hav 'Backwoodsman' on 2/7/08(Wed), 6.30pm at IIUC BBQ pit....
we will cook our dinner using the bamboo n coconut shell...
the preparation.....
the 2 edges of the bamboo r cut into half so dat it can be placed steadily on the cooking place....
n den make an opening in the middle to put in the rice......
n these r the bamboos which had been cut into pieces... to make 'Roti Lilit' (one kind of bread)
dis is how they cut the thin bamboo....

really not easy to cut leh....
