On last Wed, i went to the EB office (Extreme Broadband, the company which IUCM outsources the campus network) to sign up for the internet access account.... n they said it will take 1 day to process it...
On Thu, my account cannot be logged in.. then i went to EB.. they say too many students r registering.. so fri baru can use... i said ok...
On Fri, cannot logged in oso.. i went EB.. they told me the same thing... i said OK..
On Mon, cannot logged in ... i went there again.... the story changed... they said the AO (Accomodation Office) ppl din give them my details... den i say OK... without telling them i went to AO myself... den A0 gave me a form... den i gave EB the form from AO.... den they got nothing to say...
On Tues, cannot logged in.... i went to EB... the story changed again.. they said INSO (Information Network System Office.. duno la.. something like dat) din give them my details... I SAID OKAY... to checkwhether wat he said is true... i went to INSO.... n the INSO ppl told me that.... this is not their pasal at all!!! this is EB sendiri punya pasal!!! that time i was heated alredi... den i said EB said it's ur problem.. n now u said this is their problem!! den they make a phone call to EB... n EB changed their story again... they said it's application problem.. bla bla bla... hami application problem la... he himself oso cant explain ... den d INSO ppl request a temporary account for me from EB..... den i went to EB again... n i said i'm the one who INSO request a temp account 4 me... he paise alredi.. i can c from his face: "oopps.. terbongkar alredi" den.. he wrote a user name n a password 4 me... i'm wondering whether it is "loginable" or not... n d result is.. no..
On Wed, i went to EB .... den sy the temp account given is not "loginable".. den they say... oh! ur account is activated alredi!....... wah... suddenly can process the account sooooo faasssst lo...... bukan no time to process... AO INSO din send details 1 miiiieeeeehhh...... KNS....
This is the same scenario as in JUST FOLLOW LAWS... those who watched this movie will understand it... this is how a typical malaysians or perhaps asians will do.... blame other ppl when sendiri dun12 do it... so must go complain this kind of ppl in order to survive... i 100% agree with the quote on the poster... "It is not whether CAN OR NOT, But whether you DARE...."
Really learn a lot from Ah Tim... must complain.. complain... n COMPLAIN.... give Ah Tim a big applause again!!!! 12 put ur photo again ah? canot alredi la... this time must pay liao... but i can give u discount...
